✔ Honesty: Honesty is a very important aspect of this job. Therefore, we place the utmost emphasis on honest employees. Once hired, you will be expected to deal with guests, other employees, management, and the company in a truthful manner. Aspects of honesty with regard to Xtreme Fun Center include, but are not limited to: accurate cash handling, proper use of equipment, and careful maintenance of inventory. In addition, we expect that you will not take advantage of our company by offering free food, games of laser tag, arcade credit, redemption merchandise, batting cage tokens, etc. to your family or friends.  Discounts are available through the management team.

✔ Drugs, Alcohol, and Tobacco: At Xtreme Fun Center, we insist on a drug, alcohol, and tobacco free environment. For this reason, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy with regard to the aforementioned items. Any employee who comes to work under the influence of or who is found in possession of drugs and/or alcohol will be terminated immediately.  

 ✔ Appearance: Because of the high visibility of our employees, we require a clean-cut, uniformed appearance. Upon hire, all employees will be required to purchase their uniform. This uniform is to be worn in a neat (clean and pressed) manner during all scheduled work shifts. Personal hygiene is also of primary concern. Our employees come into direct contact with our customers on a daily basis. Therefore, we ask that you adhere to the following requirements: NO extreme hairstyles, NO excessive makeup and/or jewelry, NO facial piercing, NO visible tattoos, etc.

✔ Conduct: Once again, because our employees come in direct contact with our guests on a daily basis, good people skills are critical to this job. Courteous, respectful, and responsible employee/customer relations are a MUST! If you do not enjoy working with people, we kindly ask that you do not fill out an application.

✔ Schedule: We expect you to show up on time for all scheduled shifts. Tardiness and absence are unacceptable. Scheduling requests must be submitted at least 10 days in advance in order to ensure that both your needs as well as the company's are met. Please be aware that Xtreme Fun Center conducts business during the evenings, weekends, summer months, and holiday periods.
